EMTec provided Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing design services for the complete design of this new 52-floor condominium located in Brickell Avenue in downtown Miami.  Among the important design challenges this condominium presented was to develop a Building HVAC system that would serve the total capacity of the cooling towers, and the individual Heat Pumps for the 52-story tower and six townhouses.  Our design also included: elevator and stair pressurization, smoke control of the area of refuge, toilet exhaust, dryer exhaust, condenser water system heat, and complete plumbing design. A complete electrical system was designed in order to meet the state of the art architectural design in lighting and power.

The developer for this condominium was Fortune International and the Architect was Revuelta Vega Leon.
