EMTec is serving as the Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Protection design engineers on this $29 million multi-use complex to be built in downtown Miami.  The project’s main building is a five-story structure, and will have commercial and retail usage.  The northern part of the project will be the parking structure, which will have four stories of residential apartments above.  EMTec is also providing review services at each phase of the design, for the contractor’s pricing estimates, to ensure the project remains within budget.
