·      Parking Lot Expansion – Construct 70 space concrete parking lot lighting and appurtenances.

·      Switchgear Modifications - Automation of main switchgear tie breaker.

·         Medical Gases Expansion – Installation of additional medical gas outlets in the Intermediate Care Ward.

·         OSHA Fall Protection – Complete upgrade of the fall protection on the roof of the Medical Center.

·         Psychiatric Ward –  Mechanical, Plumbing and Electrical Upgrade of the Psychiatric unit.

·         Exhaust Fans –  Mechanical and Electrical survey of the exhaust fans including recommendations for installation.

·         Cardiac Lab AHU – Upgrade AHU in the Cardiac Laboratory.

·         Hazardous Waste Building – Installation of prefabricated hazardous storage building and  removal and disposal of the existing hazardous waste material building.

·         Multix Top – Renovation of the X-ray room.
