EMTec began its relationship with the US Corps of Engineers in 1986 designing facilities at Homestead, MacDill and Patrick Air Force Bases. Much of the firm’s design work for the DOD is contracted through the Corps of Engineers Mobile District , which supports the Army, Air Force, NASA and other federal agencies in Tennessee, Mississippi, Alabama, Florida and Central and South America.
